We cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following situations:
The damage or defect is a result of misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear caused by the customer after delivery (e.g., fabric tears due to improper handling, damage during washing).
The product has been worn, washed, or altered.
The item is marked as Final Sale (if applicable).

Shipping Costs: For approved returns due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid shipping label.
Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
