3. Estimated Shipping Time

The shipping time is the period from when your order leaves our facility until it reaches you.

  •  United States (US): 3 - 5 business days

  •  International (Outside the US): 5 - 7 business days

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • Tracking Information: This email will contain your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package until delivery.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is crucial that you provide the correct and complete shipping address at the time of checkout.

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped.

  • Failed Delivery Due to Wrong Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the redelivery shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost packages due to address inaccuracy.

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@1989qstore.com. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
